What's been happening.....

Here's the latest since our last update a few months ago..........

Chloe is now 2 month's old and growing so quickly; she is already fitting into 3-6 month clothes!  She is a happy little soul.  She smiles and coos all the time.  Caitlin is still the model big sister.  She loves to do anything to help with Chloe and now takes her two dolls everywhere around the house as she burps, rocks and feeds them.  She too is growing up so quickly.  There isn't a word in the dictionary that we've found that she won't repeat.  Umbrella, spaghetti, octopus, and precious are just a few of some that she says just perfectly.  She's definitely a talker....wonder where she gets that from?? :)  

Grandma and Grandpa came to visit all the way from Susanville, CA last weekend.  We were all SO happy to see them and had such a wonderful time during their visit.  Caitlin and Chloe were spoiled with 24/7 attention between Grandma, Grandpa, Cici, Bear and Popi.  We were sad to see them go. :(

Here are some recent pictures of the family.  Chloe is growing every day!  I can't believe how big she is getting.  Caitlin is still being a fabulous  big sister.  She always wants to help burp and rock Chloe and still wants to kiss her every time she sees her.  

We had a really nice mother's day.  We took the girls to the zoo, where Caitlin had  a ball seeing all the animals, then we had dinner over at Cici and Bears where all the moms and daughters were together.  It was a very special day :)

Easter Egg Hunting

The Latest........

What a couple of weeks these have been!  It was such an amazing day getting to bring Chloe home from the hospital.  Caitlin has adjusted so well to the new addition to the family.  She is really proving to be a fabulous big sister!  We've been keeping busy ever since bringing Chloe home.  We took the girls down to the Lantana Spring Festival where Caitlin got to take her first pony ride.  She had no fear and hopped right on that horse, saying "nayyy and weeee" the whole time.  We also took a trip to the Dallas Arboretum where Caitlin had a ball pointing out all the pretty flowers and making new friends with all the other little ones there; she is quite the social butterfly.  We also went to the Lantana Club for Easter Sunday brunch where Chloe enjoyed her first Easter, and Caitlin joined in her first Easter Egg Hunt!  She was a natural!  Tom showed her one time how to put the eggs in her basket and off she went, gathering her eggs.  Chloe is a wonderful little baby; we're very lucky.  She is healthy (now weighing in at 8 pounds 3 ounces) and still keeps a regular schedule of sleeping for 3 hours, then eating, then back to sleeping!  We are very thankful for all our blessings.  We send our love to all our friends and family!
