Caitlin met Santa for the first time this year! People warned us she might cry the whole time, but there were no tears! She just stared him down the entire time with a look of "who the heck are you Mr.?"

Happy Birthday Caitlin Leigh O'Brien!!!!!
Caitlin turned 1-Year Today!
We had a nice party with just family, but we decorated to the fullest and there was plenty of cake and decorations! Caitlin was in such great spirits for her party. She helped open her presents and really seemed to enjoy herself. I can't believe a whole year has gone by since she was born. A year ago today our little baby girl came into this world, 6 lbs 8 ounces, so tiny and dependent upon us. Now here she is a year later, walking, playing, jibber jabbing, and seeming to grow up so quickly. Time fly's when you're happy.

Happy Thanksgiving!
What a wonderful Thanksgiving we had! We had a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner at Cici and Bear's in Lantana. Popi and Aunt Pat came for dinner as well; everyone had a great time, including Caitlin! She played with the dog and ran around the house just doing what 11-month old baby's do. We have so much to be thankful for.

Look Who's Walking!!
Caitlin started walking on November 14th, the day after her 11-Month Birthday! We were so excited for her! She is so proud of herself and walks absolutely everywhere now. She is so much fun to watch!!

Caitlin is 11-Months Old!!!
Caitlin turned 11-months old today!!! Wow! These months just keep flying by!! As for what's new with Caitlin, she is practically walking now. On our trip to California she walked as many as 10 steps multiple times, but she still prefers crawling as her main source of transportation for now. Her fourth bottom tooth is coming in, so she is about to have 8 teeth! She's still just talking baby babble, but it seems like her first word will definitely start with a D....that's her favorite consonant. All and all she is a happy, happy little baby and we are so blessed to have her in our lives!!

Trip to Susanville!!
We made our first airplane trip to Susanville, CA to visit Tom's Mom, Step-Dad Tom, brother Jim and his wife Gina, and his sister Andrea and her husband Sam. Caitlin did pretty darn well for her first plane ride; she didn't cry once! She had a ball seeing her Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunts and Uncles again. What a wonderful weekend!!!!!

Trick-or-Treat!!
Caitlin didn't get to do much trick-or-treating this year because it all started right about her bed time, but we did manage to get some video! Caitlin was a little pink poodle this year!!!

Caitlin's 10 Months Old!!
Caitlin turned 10 months old today. Boy, these months are just flying by! I can't believe in just two months she'll be a year old! As for new developments, she's learned what the word "No" means, and that she doesn't like it. She motors around the house from room to room with ease, either by crawling or using her walker for assistance, and she's still a happy little thing!
